Root editor adapter type with the React component slot bound.

Identical to @vexcms/core’s VexEditorAdapter except editorComponent and renderComponent are typed as ComponentType<...> instead of an opaque ApplyComponent<ComponentHKT, _>. plateEditor() from @vexcms/richtext-plate returns this type; vex.config.ts sets editor: plateEditor().
