CollectionTableSort

A portable table sort: a field slug (or _creationTime) plus direction.
Used by admin.view.state.sort, find’s sort arg, the list URL, and
saved views — the same shape everywhere so a stored view stays
backend-neutral (B3 Decision 14 / this spec’s Decision 4).
