Where a saved view’s state came from, once the four sources (Decision 11/45/48) are merged by viewId for display:

• default — the collection’s one built-in “All” view (admin.view), fixed viewId: "default", always read-only.
• config — declared in code via admin.views; always read-only.
• shared — a vex_views row; readable with VIEW_ACTIONS.readViews, editable by callers with createView/updateView/deleteView.
• local — kept in the browser’s localStorage; editable by anyone.
