Root-level admin extension points (S1) — type-erased to the base ComponentHKT, the same pattern VexClientConfigInput.editor already uses, since defineConfig() itself has no framework-typed wrapper (only relationship()/defineCollection() in @vexcms/react do).

Experimental: breaking changes are still possible before this stabilizes.
