The plain, JSON-serializable form of a where predicate over TDoc: a
comparison leaf, or an and / or / not of nodes. The same predicate
the where builder (FilterConstraintBuilder) records, with friendlier
keys. Accepted by find / search’s where (as VexWhereNode<S>) and by
an access rule’s where property.
