ResolvedDefaultView

The resolved default (“All”) view — shaped exactly like a VexViewConfig (fixed viewId: "default", reserved — useSavedListViews
merges it into the tab list first, like any other view) so every
consumer that already treats a view generically (tabs, toClientSavedListViewConfig,
matchDeclaredSavedListViewFilter, modified-state diffing) needs no special case
for it. Every state key but where/searchField is always resolved
(never undefined) — defineCollection fills every gap the project
didn’t declare (absorbing every former admin.table.* default,
Decision 45 FINAL), the terminal fallback resolveListViewQueryState’s
three-tier chain (URL → active view → this) bottoms out at.
